3)    Quantity: 20,000 – 25,000 MT 10% +/- (in buyer’s option)

5)     Shipment:  within 30 days subject to receipt of clean workable L/C    

                                               as per Seller’s format.



6)    Negotiation of L/C: Within 21 (twenty one) days from B/L date.



7)    Partial shipment allowed and transshipment not allowed.

9)   Payment terms: through confirmed irrevocable without recourse at sight letter of   

     credit to be opened in favor of seller and expired at Hong Kong

11)  Inspection of Shipping Quantity

Draft survey to be done by CCIC or CIQ at loading port jointly with ship Master.

Quantity determined by survey to be final and to show in B/L

The loading rate at loading port is CQD.

14) L/C to be established by 3 banking days after confirmation of purchase as per Seller’s format. Buyer will send draft of SWIFT for Seller’s approval before transmitting the L/C
