according to ASTM C150 Type 1.

As attached at seller option ( 3 specifications provided ) 



Payment : through confirmed irrevocable without recourse at sight letter of credit to be opened in favor of seller through a first class international bank acceptable to Seller and expired at Hong Kong.



Quality and Quantity :  Seller shall appoint an internationally reputed inspection company, to conduct the quality and quantity inspection at load port at their cost. The Quality and Quantity as determined by this inspection company shall be final and binding on both the buyer and the seller. Quantity as per the B/L quantity shall be final and binding on both the Buyer and the Seller.. 



Discharge terms : Buyer agrees and shall be responsible for DISCHARGING AND/OR UNLOADING cargo at the take away rate of 7,000 Metric ton PWWD SHINC basis. Discharging shall be done by the buyer at their time and cost by Shore labors and grab. Demurrage / Despatch takes place on 7,000 Metric ton PWWD SHINC basis.
