Below is TTO procedure, FOb procedure pls ask.

1. Buyer issues official ICPO with banking details and company registration certificate.

2. Seller issues Draft contract for both parties to sign, within 24 hours buyer signs and send back with guarantee letter and proof of funds to fulfil the contractual agreement.

3. Seller re-issues the Proof of Product documents in buyer company’s name as listed below;

3-1. Certificate of Origin.
3-2. Product quality passport (Analysis test Report) By Russian standard Gost R.
3-3. Commitment to Supply.
3-4. Bill of Lading.
3-5. Cargo Manifest.
3-6. Notice of Readiness.
3-7. Vessel Q88.
3-8. Tank Ullage Report.
3-9 Certificate of Quality and Quantity
3-10 Master’s receipt of samples
3-11 Master’s receipt of documents

4. Upon receipt of POP documents, buyer will make a guarantee deposit of usd$ 109,000 of the total product cost
by MT103.

5. Upon sellers confirmation of buyer’s guarantee deposit, seller transfers the title to the buyer’s company name and issues all other outstanding marine documents to the buyer for completion of the custom formalities and prepare to receive the vessel tanker at the discharge port.

6. Seller approves direct contact with the vessel captain and buyer’s shipping agent and if needed, the seller will instruct the vessel captain to re-route the vessel tanker to buyers destination port/terminal and, issue Authorization to Board (ATB) to enable Buyer representative and shipping agent board the vessel tanker for Dip Test after arrival at the buyer’s discharge port/terminal.

Upon arrival of the Vessel tanker at the discharge port, buyer conducts product inspection and makes the remaining 95% payment for the product by MT103.

7. Seller pays the intermediaries involved within 72 hours after receipt of payment of the product
from the buyer.

NOTE: The ICPO/LOI must be in buyer letterhead with authorized signatory and stamp. It is mandatory that the document carries the buyer’s bank and bank officer’s contact information. The names and positions of the Company representative signing the LOI/ICPO must be clearly indicated. Otherwise, the document has no legal value; the documents must be fresh (recent date – the most 1-3 days old max.) The letterhead of the Company requesting the commodity must correspond to the Bank Account Holder on the banking information provided.

The ICPO must be addressed to the seller LLC XXX". VIA “MR..” as seller representative and must carry the seller’s approved procedures as shown above. If your documents do not pass these verification points, please discuss them with your Buyers and get them corrected. This will save time in our process.
