We operate exclusively on a duty-paid (DDP/cleared) basis. We do not offer pre-customs (bonded) pricing or terms.

- Packing: Loose in bulk
- Quantity that could be handled in End March / Beg. April 2022: 30 up to 50,000 MT at the Sellers option
- Further quantities: 2 shipments p/m x 50,000 MT +/- 5% each = 100,000 MT +/- 5% p/m
- Cargo (shipment) size: 30 up to 50,000 MT +/- 5% each
- Term contract is possible to sign after a few shipments
- Delivery: CIF FO
- Discharge rate: 8,000 MT p.d.
- INCOTERMS-2020 will apply
- Inspection for Q&Q at the loading port by SGS, final and binding on both parties.
- Payment terms: By 100% irrev. & doc. L/C to be opened from a prime bank on cargo-by[1]cargo (shipment by shipment) basis and payable at sight against usual shipping documents issued at POL (Port of Loading) at the Sellers bank counters
