Procedure

1. 相互提供業務資質，確定價格和商務條件；
2. 甲乙雙方簽訂SPA
3. 簽訂的SPA生效後，甲方向乙方遞送文件，文件清單為：
a）貨主銷售收款授權協議；
b）罐號資訊；
c）貨代資訊。

乙方核實上述文件清單。
4. 甲方授權並會同乙方至指定庫區核實貨權,取樣檢測. 買方應在獲得授權後24小時內完成此流程, 乙方承擔檢測費
5. 乙方核庫完成確認，在CCIC檢測報告出具後3個銀行工作日內向甲方支付100%貨款（TT）；
6. 甲方收到全額貨款後向乙方提供並轉移以下POP文件：
a）原產地證明書（正本）；
b）海運提單
c）目的港檢測報告（正本）；
d）賣方簽署的商業形式發票（原件）；
e）貨權證明（正本）；
f）船舶Q88文件（原件）；
g）入罐單；

7 乙方提貨 (甲方依實際罐檢的數量結算剩餘尾款)
