Transactional Procedure..
a) The Buyer issues Letter of Intent
b) The Seller issues Full Corporate offer (FCO) to the Buyer.
c) The Buyer signs the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) in acceptance and a filled in CIS template to the Seller.
d) The Seller issues a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement to the Buyer for study and approval.
e) The Seller and the Buyer sign the agreed upon Sales and purchase Agreement and copies exchanged via email.
f) The Seller issues Proof of Product to the Buyer and Performa Invoice
g) The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Transferable confirmed Letter of Credit (DLC/MT700) to the Seller's Bank.
h) The Copper cathode Shipment is completed at the Loading Port.
i) The Copper cathode arrives at Buyer's destination port and final Inspection is completed by CCIC/SGS etc.
j) Final payment done against bill of lading and inspection report at the destination port
k) Release of Commission to Agents as per agreed NCNDA / IMFPA
